That's a wrap for the 12th Annual Business Architecture Guild Innovation Summit! What a week! The global business architecture community is a truly special one and they make this event amazing. I love to watch the strategic practice advancing and the tide rising year after year. I love watching this community encourage and lift each other up. It also made my heart so happy to meet and spend time with colleagues, long-time and new. As always, I had a blast co-chairing this conference with my dear colleagues and Guild Co-Founders William Ulrich and Michael Rosen. This week we also celebrated the Business Architecture Core Metamodel becoming a standard. Huge shout out to Guild Co-Founder Jim Rhyne + Chalon Mullins and Lloyd Dugan and so many others who worked for many years to make this a reality. If you were with us this week, you witnessed history. Thank you to all of the presenters and to everyone in the room and online around the world who made the event so valuable and engaging. Josephine Gilmore - I just had one of those small world moments. I met Whynde Kuehn when she spoke at our SIM Women's Leadership Summit.
Having attended many of these events over the last 8 years or so (who's counting?), I can honestly say that the maturity of the event and the maturity of the practice grows every single year, and it was so good to see a mix of new and familiar voices!
