Serving the perfect 1930's Cosmo couldn't be easier with #MrLsCocktails! A prohibition version of the cult classic, the 1930’s cosmopolitan is served as the classic version of its modern day counterpart. Using gin in place of vodka, raspberry instead of cranberry and lemon rather than lime, this recipe was discovered in a 1930’s cocktail book and has become a favourite serve in cocktail bars. How to: Pour 140mls into a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake well, strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. Each cocktail is simple to serve with no staff training needed, takes at least half the time to make the exact same cocktail from scratch and ensures consistency, with each cocktail tasting the same and no variation throughout the night.
