Most people do their job just that. As a job. They don’t care about you, or the team, or even their team members. At the end of the day, your work people are the people you spend the 2nd most time with. So uplift eachother. Support eachother. Don’t ignore their emails or refuse to help them. Same team. Same family. You only hurt yourself when you become singular minded. #businessishuman

Sometimes life comes at you fast. Two weeks after getting married and first day back from my honeymoon, I was informed that my position as a Regional Sales Director has been eliminated due to company layoffs.
