It's here! Catawba Riverkeeper has just released the 2023 State of the River Report! The State of the River report is an interactive story map that gives you an in-depth look at the Catawba-Wateree Watershed. Its purpose is to: - Provide the public with a consolidated assessment of the river's health; - Create a framework for tracking changes over time; and - Assimilate data from all relevant sources into understandable metrics. Each of the 5 sub-basins are given a 1-5 score based on their levels of monitoring, permitted pollution, stormwater pollution, recreation access, and water quantity. So, how did the water where you live score? Check out https://lnkd.in/eEzFn7HE to explore the State of the River and find out!
