Nonprofit Founders Club, Nonprofit Nation Fundraising Success Roadmap, Author, Fundraising Mentor/Guide help you implement your fundraising strategies.
I was a Board member of a new nonprofit when the concept of an Introduction Appeal Letter came to me. Getting donations was something that was now on our list of challenges. I had been in a larger nonprofit where we sent out appeal letters. My letters normally received $80,000 per letter. Using the starting from within and moving out principle and my track record of writing appeal letters, the Board decided to send out letters. The typical fundraising letter I was accustomed to writing didn’t make sense for the new organization. There were no impacts or client stories to tell. So how do you write an appeal letter for a new organization? This type of fundraising letter is what I call an Introduction Appeal letter. Find out how to write one at https://lnkd.in/g3biZe4H.

I am reminded of the saying 'waste is a verb, not a noun.' The environmental and social benefits of this are immeasurable - but they are quantifiable. Reduce, Reuse and Recycle - also requires 'Rethinking' - how can this be used? By whom? Can it be useful in it's current form? Modified? Or recycled into new products. Landfill should be the last resort. #circularity #waste Installnet
WMAR-TV in Baltimore featured our decommission project for MOI, with a great message: Don’t dump, donate. MOI is remodeling its roughly 13,000 square foot showroom and wanted to be sure all the wonderful furniture stayed out of landfill. Some of it went to employees, some of it was sold, and multiple truck loads of desks, chairs, tables, sofas, cabinets and more were donated to eight different nonprofits and community groups. Keeping furniture in circulation helps the environment and the community, allowing everyone to thrive. Together, we’re getting zero done. #circularity MillerKnoll Bridges Baltimore Black Women Build - Baltimore Habitat for Humanity Metro Maryland Anne Arundel County Public Schools https://lnkd.in/eqAA6VBT

Please share and personally get involved. Save More. Give More. "I am driven by my God-given abilities, competitive spirit, and dedication to selfless service and team building. I believe that by leveraging innovative approaches, we can combat the challenges that exist within our communities. With MBCard, I have the opportunity to create real wealth through passive income for churches, nonprofits, foundations, organizations, and individuals. MBCard's unique capabilities, such as the elimination of business processing fees, provision of free terminals, and absence of binding contracts, will significantly benefit the small business community. Moreover, MBCard is committed to donating 25% of its profits from each account to a charity chosen by the business. Additionally, MBCard offers businesses the ability to visually track the monthly funds being sent to the designated nonprofit. In the long run, MBCard aims to establish a system that can trace all funds spent by each nonprofit, thereby addressing the question of 'where does the money go?” Dave Graybill [email protected]

💰 Did you know that Idaho nonprofit organizations reported $9.71 billion in revenue on their most recent tax filings? (Source: ProPublica).
