I want to appreciate LEAP Leadership Institute for the amazing opportunity. Its been a learning curve, I have gained so much. The modules from 1-5 were strategically structured to address every aspect of a young female leader's life and career. The courses are relatable. Financial Jennifer opened my eyes to what I have not been doing with my finances and I immediately made a U-turn. For the first module, I had to replay it several times and each time I gained a new understanding on the need to clearly map out where I am heading in my career and the opportunities available. The need to have clear-cut goals and set timelines for actualizing them. Uyoyo Zino Edosio 's course gave me a mindset change; never settle or become comfortable, keep building competencies, don't generalise biases or internalise any personal bias. I have gained so much. I will keep the courses on replay so that they will be fresh in mind. The additional resources are thankfully helpful. #LeapleadershipInstitute #YoungAfricanfemaleLeader
