As we grew, we realized that there started to be more of a disconnect between the communication between the business and the individual drivers and we were really just trying to solve that problem. We haven't had a platform where we could collect that data over time or where we could check the pulse on a regular basis looking at how we can improve our retention. At first we were seeing if we could do it in house and just really needed to leverage technology and a platform of a way that. They could get feedback from from our driving force, but also how do we have a process to make sure that we can address those issues. We saw opportunities that workout could provide us that nobody else really had at the time in the market with work account, it would check with them once a week, get action items that we can act on right away, but then also have the trend of feedback where we can see if there's an overarching theme in some areas that we can act on and we sell it to our drivers by saying this is. Your opportunity to be heard, your voice is workout. And then on top of that, the anonymity was really important to us. So we really feel like people are more likely to give you, as you guys say, the good, bad and the ugly whenever they don't have to stamp their name on it. So we originally started with our dedicated fleet and rolled that out and it was about 1600, sixteen 150 drivers. And then shortly after that saw the benefits we were getting on the driver side and approached work around to see if we could do it on our warehouse site as well to touch those. 809 hundred warehouse employees to get feedback and improve their experience with Work Hound. We have for considerable things been able to use it to make the case to the business, but also and sometimes even more importantly, being able to help that driver who's sitting in his truck right now and frustrated. I think workout is doing the right things at the right time. You know, the texting is something that people do. The chat function that's coming up. I really like that idea. It's been huge for us in the 1st 90 to 120 days. On the platform to make sure we are meeting our internal KPIs in terms of addressing those issues when they occur in a timely manner and not letting them sit out there. I think we've gotten at least as much positive out of it as negative in determining what we do. Well, you know, there are some core things that we've realized that it's OK. We're we're actually, we say we do this and it's proving that we do. It's a partnership with us working on. They've been really responsive. They've done a great job. If I ask for something, if I want to tweak something, the answer has never been no. The answer's always been, yeah, let's take a look at it, see what we can do. Yeah, it's been very positive and something that we would definitely recommend. We were joking the other day, just wish we had done it a little sooner. I highly recommend it. Even if you're you're concerned about making these big sweeping changes in your company, there's a lot of one off situations that you can get in front of that you wouldn't be able to otherwise. We're count. Uses technology to get a better relationship. A person and I think that is the best use of technology that there is and that's what that's what workout is.
