If you don't have direct experience, no worries, throughout the Australian Sports System our Integrity officers/ managers come from a range of backgrounds, there is no linear path into this space. We often look for people with the following skills/ traits: 👉 Candidates with stakeholder management experience. 👩⚖️ Candidates who can handle complaints in a professional manner/ have difficult conversations. 🗣 Good communicators. 🙌 Passionate about sports integrity. 🤝 Great rapport builders.
