The Agroecological Transitions programme aims to empower farmers in low- and middle-income countries to make large-scale “climate-informed agroecological transitions” by developing 1) holistic metrics for food systems 2) farmer-inclusive digital tools 3) traceable private-public sector incentives for agroecology
