Let's not overlook the invaluable contributions of the attendees who raised important questions and challenged us. I am eagerly anticipating more discussions like this, with a room full of Male CEOs, CTOs,COOs and decision-makers, to collectively work towards changing the current scenario for women in tech. As we discussed, meaningful progress requires change at both behavioral and structural levels. For leaders, consider these actionable steps: 1. Link inclusion and diversity activities to the business strategy, aligning with revenue generation, customer insights, and product innovation. 2. Set the tone from the top, ensuring demonstrable support from board members and executive teams. 3. Make inclusion an integral part of a cultural change program. 4. Engage men actively in the conversation. 5. Build and expedite the pipeline through various programs and workshops. Let's persist in fostering change through Individual Development Plans, workshops, learning opportunities, coaching circles, and sponsorship programs. For women, always remember: “Do not change yourself, do not think that to succeed you have to fit the mold of what you see around you...
