These are some of the statements made earlier today during the Passport to Inclusion Webinar by the World Travel & Tourism Council! This session provided attendees with a comprehensive deep dive into the current state of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging around the world. This moderated session by Lethabo-Thabo Royds, began by providing insights from WTTC's latest research study called Creating Belonging | Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging in Travel and Tourism. Educating us on the critical role it plays in making PEOPLE FEEL WELCOMED, especially in an industry that revolves around hospitality and customer service.
