Xbox has launched a series of educational audio guides for children to listen to while gaming. “Beyond Xbox: field trips” provides players with content integrated into their video gaming. The audio teaches life skills such as problem-solving, team building, communication and analytical thinking, as well as curriculum-related topics, such as tidal systems or the history of piracy. Games to feature the learning tools are Minecraft, Sea of Thieves, PowerWash Simulator, Microsoft Flight Simulator, Age of Empires IV, Grounded and Cities: Skylines. My journey as a gamer over the years... Starting from Windows 98, playing Dave Super Mario and kids' games, to enjoying Road Rash, Virtua Cop, Need for Speed, and Age of Empires. I even dabbled in The Mummy game. Those were the days when CD-ROMs were all the rage. I recall once asking my neighbor for the Wi-Fi password because I wanted to download Unreal Tournament. Of course, I was reprimanded for it. As a kid, I remember my mom pulling out all the wires from the CPU due to my excessive gaming. Being the engineer in me, I managed to fix everything on my own. I was only 12 years old at the time. While I mostly played on LAN, my experience with online play was a whole new world. In 2021, I began playing Unreal Tournament 4, but I had to stop because it negatively impacted my mental health. Nowadays, I'm into Valorant, Counter-Strike, and BGMI. I approach them from the perspective of pursuing Esports Management. Currently, I'm studying Game Development and Esports Management at Herovired. I'm eager to delve deeper into the world of Esports!
