I help professionals to overcome work stressors through my C.A.R.E framework

It’s encouraging to see companies prioritizing wellness at senior leadership retreats, recognizing its importance alongside other crucial topics. In my recent keynote, "Resilience Reimagined: Manage Stress with Positivity Amid Challenges," for a senior leadership team, we emphasized self-care and the power of positivity. For leaders, this is even more essential as we lead by example. As part of the C.A.R.E. framework, I explored how we can reframe our minds towards positivity, transforming our approach to challenges. Every challenge hides a gift, a blessing waiting to be discovered. By rewiring our thought patterns to be positive, we can uncover the hidden gems in every challenge. With a shift in perspective, challenges become opportunities. Feedback from the audience: ·     Excellent speaker - impactful, simple and clear ·     The content is inspiring and practical ·     An important topic ·     Sincere and high energy ·     Engaging ·     Relevant to having to deal with everyday stress ·     Good framework (CARE), mindset shift #selfcare #positivity #stressmanagement

Xi Ren Yang - Mental Health Speaker , Absolutely agree and aligned. While corporates conventionally focus on optimal usage of resources for a robust P&L, fact remains that the true drivers of P&L are its employees. The state of their mental health and their RQ (Like EQ/IQ etc) is something that needs to be incorporated a new icon..The RESILIENCE QUOTIENT. Keep up the great job. It's a qualitative imput that results in QUANTITATIVE results that can be expressed in NUMBERS.. Manu/SG
