Thank you, Mr. Vinod Aggarwal, for sharing these insightful observations on the commercial vehicle industry's growth prospects. It's encouraging to see VECV's commitment to strategic investments in emerging technologies and alternative fuels. I would like to emphasize the importance of modernizing our aftermarket strategies. Enhancing these strategies can not only boost #customersatisfaction but also significantly improve #productivity and #profitability for our dealers. Their contribution is vital, and ensuring their sustainability during challenging times is crucial for the industry's overall success. While working with Volvo Trucks India, I was amazed at their approach to considering the Aftermarket as an independent profit centre. CV manufacturers should adopt a similar approach for their business partners, too. Otherwise, during each downturn, we risk losing valuable dealers from our ecosystem who invested with hope. Another significant challenge the #CV industry faces today and will continue to face in the coming years is attracting youth to work in the automobile industry. Due to low enrollment, colleges are increasingly uninterested in continuing Mechanical and Automobile streams, and students who opt for Electronics rarely consider the automobile sector, especially after-sales, as a lucrative career option. Despite numerous initiatives towards skill development in the auto sector, we have failed to influence youth to join the automobile industry. This issue will become more pronounced as customer satisfaction and profitability depend on quality personnel, and we are experiencing a significant shortage. I invite industry leaders to share their thoughts and ideas on how we can attract more youth to work in the Automotive Aftermarket. Your insights and suggestions could be the key to resolving this pressing issue.

With robust replacement demand and sustained high infrastructure spending, the outlook for the #economy is looking positive.
