Heading into Q3 with clarity and purpose! 🎯 🌟 Regrouping and refining our goals, and effectively communicating them through clear themes, sets the stage for a productive and successful quarter ahead. As the book mentions, 'Choosing a mantra, a theme, or a tagline for your team can be a powerful communication tool. Whether it’s for a season or quarter (Finish strong!) or for a transitional period for the company (Two Brands, One Team), your theme can give the whole company a way to feel more united and committed.' If you don't have a theme yet, brainstorm some ideas that you believe could be beneficial, and feel free to share your thoughts in the comments! Coming from the world of sports, themes were always something that were special to the teams I have been on. Last year as a Gator Volleyball Player, we traveled to play Stanford in the preseason and with the extra travel day had the opportunity to see the new Barbie move in theaters as a team. With the motivation and empowerment of that team bonding event...we swept Standford the next day and the remainder of the season referred to our team culture, locker room, and gyms ad "Barbie Land". We would frequently rewatch the movie to stay empowered and remind ourselves the supportive culture we wanted for our season.

#NotDoneWinning is our theme! There's always room for growth.

Love this, a shared language and clear definition is so vital in building meaningful culture or gaining group buy in to a mutual goal. I find it's especially impactful when the team creates the theme together cultivating mutual ownership.
