What a week! 20th ANNIVERSARY or YARAVERSARY for YARA Starting today, we celebrate the 20th anniversary of Yara as a separate company, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in March 2004. In Australia we are also celebrating employees who have 20 + years of service with Yara, one at 20 years this year, one at 26 years this year and one at 46 years this year! The Yara brand being underpinned by "KNOWLEDGE GROWS" and each of these remarkable employees recognizing their impact to the business, to others and their own development. Each from different countries, backgrounds and roles. HARMONY WEEK Harmony week recognizes acceptance, belonging for everyone through respect and mutual successes. Harmony Week is a time to celebrate Australian multiculturalism, and the successful integration of migrants into our community. Australia is one of the most successful multicultural countries in the world and we should celebrate this and work to maintain it. International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination Over the past ten years, racist incidents have been reported in practically all aspects of Australian society from everyday settings such as public transport, to essential institutions such as education and healthcare. One-third of all Australians have experienced racism in the workplace and/or in educational facilities. More than two thirds of students from a non-Anglo background reported facing racism at school. Each of these represent important messages in growing understanding to grow knowledge and celebrate differences. I often hear how people think things are getting harder, more politically correct, and impractical to what we used to know, and at times, on the surface I agree with this. Welcome to the Season of Care; Take, Make or Create Time. Giving and Sharing- Sometimes we can't give what we don't have- The extra.  We all know caring is free, it is free for all! To give out freely we need to deep, deeper down in your heart questioning yourself what is your true value of giving ; To Where, When, Whom, What, and Why do you really care and what is in it for you ? That really is enough of those saying " I don't care! " my question is why don't you?  Sharing is Free, Find time begins with the eyes and the ears-Take, make or create time. We all have time, Some day, some time. Do what you care the most to fulfill your life; this is one thing that money can't buy; In your heart, the true feeling of Begin Care.

2024-Begins your glass half full or half empty? Talkers talk, walkers walk or might be a hybrid of a doer and a leader who have the due diligence to deal with the failure of a theory. May your heart full, May we all possess the same mindset as the driving force for innovation with mental ability fueled with energy and strong belief in accomplishment of a goal. This my take for 2024 TIME2B-Welcome to empowerment of full circle. People Before Products as all things come in full circle within gravidity.  the adoption of sunflower programs; the concept of invisible disability is the inability to see the invisible. Availability of shredding seeds to take root and grow in your mind and your heart. Sow the remainders into the lives of those around you making the invisible, visible as a full circle of gravidity. Give and take is gravidity in reverse, is the concept of reverse Time capsule, reverse gravidity is how innovation drives and how the new products begin. Humans on earth live with gravitate through their mindsets.  The thought in their mind and feeling in their heart. They share information, they give and receive information through thought, contacts and connection in the gravidity concept. All things come in full circle within gravidity as well as human disposal products daily. It creates consumable demand, humans need Time to keep up with ripe production in return to meet the needs.. without knowing to meet NetZero it must begin with waste free concept which is  adoption of reverse gravidity. all things come in full circle as give and take.
