LVMH leads with Women CEOs I wanted to know who the Luxury Women CEOs are for the industries most valuable companies. So i looked at the leadership structure of 5 of the most valuable luxury groups which are LVMH, Kering , Hermès CHANEL & Richemont. LVMH the worlds' leading luxury group has the most Women CEOs. 19 in total or 25% of their companies have Women CEOs. Most of them work for the the groups fashion and cosmetics brands of which include Loewe Moynat PATOU Christian Dior Couture Kering has the 2nd highest number of Women CEOs. 4 in total or 30% of their companies are led by women. Their Women CEO led brands are Saint Laurent Boucheron Pomellato and DoDo Jewels CHANEL is led by Leena Nair and Richemont has 1 Woman CEO Catherine Alix-Renier who leads Jaeger-LeCoultre. Hermès parfums is led by Agnès de Villers. There are many women in luxury leadership doing some inspiring and incredible work which i will share during the week.
