    One of the difficulties of milling thin-wall parts is that they are prone to deformation. We should be extra careful when taking the part out of the jig as well. Use proper solution to desolve the glue and give it enough time, in order to avoid deformation. #wayken #cncmachining #cncmilling

    Monday Machining! When using indexable drills, you cannot check the runout at the tip of the drill due to only one peripheral insert. However, you should still check the runout with the assembly in the machine spindle around the flange of the drill.
