After repair, the user must be informed of the handling method. After repair, a comprehensive inspection must be performed. The repair time for a single unit must be controlled within one hour. 2 In accordance with the national and company three-guarantee policies, promptly and quickly handle customer product failures; 3. Responsible for some outbound calls of the service center: verifying basic customer information, soliciting customer maintenance opinions, etc.; 4. Responsible for the daily cleaning of spare parts in your own position, ensuring that spare parts consumption complies with regulations, is correctly entered into the system, repairs bad parts after replacement, and stores them in designated areas as required; 5. Machines sent for repair by dealers must be repaired within one day according to the maintenance procedures and tracked and picked up. 6. Track the timeliness of entry of work orders for repaired machines, cooperate with warehouse management to check materials, and assist front desk staff to handle problem work 7 Assist warehouse management to reasonably prepare commonly used materials 8. Questions that the front desk staff cannot answer will be answered by maintenance engineers, who will guide the front desk staff to improve their familiarity with professional and technical issues. 9 Learn new product knowledge at least once a week, master the operation of new models within 3 days of new product launches and be familiar with the disassembly process 10 User complaints will be resolved within 1 hour. If they cannot be resolved, feedback will be provided within 30 minutes and cooperate with superiors.
