Our team has been working around the clock to deliver a truly industry leading customer experience platform. In our Customer Insights 3.0 update, we've massively increased our merchants' ability to customize the surveys they use to gather feedback, allowing merchants to not only control every aspect of the survey's look and fee, but also to better understand their customers' concerns with tiered follow-up questions and conditional survey flow logic depending on the user's responses to each question. We've also deepened our connections with industry leading point of sale, online ordering and loyalty platforms such as Revel Systems, Olo, Paytronix, Thanx, Otter (and more to come), enabling merchants to automatically ask their customers for feedback whenever and wherever they make a purchase. Merchants using these platforms can automatically send a survey to customers when they order from these platforms using our Workflows feature. The user can respond to the survey and optionally post that feedback to public review platforms. The response itself is taken directly into the Momos platform where the merchant can respond to it appropriately and analyze it with our AI-driven insights dashboards powered by Momos Intelligence. We've seen incredible results from early adopters using this flow. One of our national restaurant partners saw over 2,500 new private survey responses and hundreds of attributed public reviews for their restaurants in only *4 days*, with no signs of slowing down. Based on the total amount of reviews the merchant had received in the previous month across all channels, this is an order of magnitude increase in the volume of feedback this merchant receives from their customers and accordingly the level of understanding they have surrounding customer experience in their stores. It's actually kind of staggering to think about. As always, none of this is possible without collaboration across our fantastic product, data and engineering teams (who are hiring!) But we're just getting started here. I can't wait to share some of the updates we have coming in just the next quarter.
