Hiring managers, candidates and recruiters, we're all people who remember things. FMCG's a fairly tight-knit industry that people tend to move around within, and not so much outside of. There's a fair chance paths will cross again at some point which is worth bearing in mind when it comes to communication and doing the right thing. Getting back to people, feeding back after interviews, letting people know if you're no longer interested in an opportunity. I'm amazed how often I see people make decisions based on things that happened many years ago. And it works both ways - treat people well, pay it forward and doors might just open for you when you really need them to. It can't be that hard (can it?) #FMCG #Hiring
