🌟 A great journey of talent transformation - Campari Group & bluquist Success Story part 1/4 A few years ago we started bluquist with the idea in mind, that every person in every organisation should have the freedom to work with development data, that is personal, that is helpful and that is as much human-focused as possible. Thus the base hypothesis for the company was born. We conducted quite a lot of research, ideation and traveled down multiple paths of concepts and MVP developments to understand how this approach can be put into practise and reality for modern organisations. Including all their inherent requirements like scalability, international cultures and languages, security and data privacy aspects, existing HRIS and other systems which need to be interfaced and most importantly the needs of the organisation from the view of different stakeholder groups. 2023 we learned about key insights in all of those areas and extensively evolved our product to serve these requirements to a degree that enables client success. I'm happy to be able to share one of our significant success stories of the last months together with Gonzalo Ninaus from Campari Group. In 2023 we decided to work together with the goal of implementing bluquist as a comprehensive solution that would support Campari in collecting, aggregating, and analyzing all relevant talent data within one system to support every person in the organization in becoming talent-aware and development focused while at the same time ensuring that the employee experience is consistent everywhere.
