As my better half and her two daughters are poised to conquer the world in STEM and make it a better place...just like their super mom, I hear their voices in these letters. Kudos to Zak and McLaren for this and their sponsorship of women in STEM.
This is amazing 👏 My 12 yr old daughter is loving STEM subjects and keen to explore career options as an F1 engineer but not sure where to start/who to contact Zak Brown McLaren Racing any advice?
Wonderful stuff. Totally inspirational to all those young ladies out there who think of themselves as failures, lacking in skills and unworthy to work in a high profile/high tech environment. Also, a big 'hats-off' to Zak and McLaren Racing, for creating these opportunities.

Love this! Both the STEM programs and the F1 academy are paving the way for women drivers and engineers to finally break this glass ceiling in motorsports. From personal experience, cars were never just for the boys! Cheers to that.
