Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist ✅ What a good way of finishing the year, being ready for new challenges to come! I remember when I was introduced to Openshift some time ago, that my first approach was to learn Kubernetes first so that I could have a better understanding of its inner parts. Well, after completing this journey: CKAD, CKA and now CKS; I can be grateful for taking that decision because this has helped me understand the big picture of this amazing ecosystem. It covers crucial areas such as cluster setup, hardening, monitoring, system upgrades, and security best practices.For me, this exam was challenging but incredibly rewarding. I recommend thorough preparation to ensure success! 🚀 Preparing for the CKS exam? Here are some tips: 1️⃣ Mumshad Mannambeth's CKS course on Udemy and KodeKloud is an excellent resource. It comprehensively covers all the essential concepts. Ensure you understand and practise each module. 2️⃣ Watch the CKS playlist made by saed ‎where he goes through all the mock exams and questions with in depth explanations, they really helped me grasp the knowledge I needed to pass the CKS! 3️⃣ Take advantage of the two free simulator sessions provided by Killer Shell (Kim Wüstkamp) with your CKS registration. These sessions are challenging but provide superb practice. Each session is available for 36 hours and closely mimics the actual exam experience. 4️⃣ Focus on mastering imperative commands to save time.
