Zech Miller’s Post

With layoffs affecting many companies and employees, (myself included) where entire departments can be eliminated. It's a little disappointing that no one offers to hire the department. I can show you a list of individuals, who have worked together professionally for years and delivered worth to the business. Remember when departments are let go it's not about performance, or KPI. It's about the growing culture of a business and whether it's that department is included in the new company direction. Honestly, getting back into the job hunt. I wasn't prepared for how much I would miss the standups, retros, and grooming with one of the best teams I have had the pleasure of working with. To all the recruiters and future employers. if your looking for an excellent scrum master, product owner, or remarkable engineering talent. I know quite a few that I would love to work with again, will go the extra mile, and make you laugh harder than you have at work in a long time.

I agree whole-heartedly, Zech. We had an amazing department at PXG and it took a ton of work to build it because we selected the best... not only in skill set, but also in personality and culture. It's tough to see so many impacted. Sending my support!

Agree with you, Zech. Happened to one of the best teams I’ve had the pleasure of working with, just a few months ago as well. Collaboration and creativity on a whole other level. Wishing you and your team the best of luck with your search.
