Last month, our women's network ERG sponsored a Spring Activity Challenge where team members around the globe inspired each other to make healthy habits part of their daily routines. Together, 32 teams moved over 62M steps. ✨ Happy International Womens Day! ✨ Here at Buyagift & Red Letter Days part of the Moonpig Group, we're committed to fostering a truly inclusive workplace. Some of our key ESG goals are to maintain a strong representation of women, non-binary and ethnic minorities on our Leadership Team and we are dedicated to increasing the number of women/non-binary individuals hired into technical roles. 💖 To further empower women across the Group, particularly working mothers, we are running an internal panel event in honour of both International Women's Day and Mother's Day: "The Wild World of Working Motherhood." 🌸 ✨ The panel will allow our teams to share their personal experiences, offering valuable insights and top tips on balancing work and motherhood. There will also be a live Q&A, creating a safe space for open conversation and connection. It's a fantastic opportunity for our working mothers to share experiences, find support, and gain valuable advice. Allies can also participate, learning how to best champion working mums within our company. While the panel event is not open to the public, we will be sharing key takeaways and highlights from the event on LinkedIn after it takes place. So stay tuned for inspiring stories after the 14th March! 👂 ✨ Know an incredible mother or just all round amazing, inspiring woman who deserves a shout out? On this #WomensEqualityDay, we at Kite want to spotlight the incredible women who drive our vision of reimagining commerce — how products are made, moved, marketed, stored, shipped, and sold at scale. Currently, women make up 52% of our team, showing up as leaders and innovators in every respect. For us, diversity, equity, and inclusion aren't just buzzwords — they're foundational and crucial. We champion representation and inclusivity, not only because it's the right thing to do but also because it cultivates our culture of creativity and resilience. While we take pride in our current achievements, we recognize the significant gaps in representation, especially among marginalized communities. As we evolve our talent strategies, our primary focus remains steadfast on the inclusion of women and other underrepresented groups. Progress is a continuous journey, and we are committed to pursuing it with unwavering intent and transparency. To the inspiring women of Kite, our heartfelt thanks. We promise to tirelessly advocate for equality in our pay practices, promotion strategies, and the continuous opportunities we offer at Kite. Your contributions make us who we are, and we are committed to ensuring a fair and just environment for every team member so you can focus on doing the best work of your life. #WomensEqualityDay, #EqualRights, #EqualityForAll, #WomenInLeadership, #GenderEquality, #EqualityMatters, #WomenEmpowerment, #HeForShe, #EqualPay, #BreakTheBias Jessica Egbu Natalia Fares Yeawon Kim Meya Laraqui Jennifer Lee Jenny Ly Blair Melocik Maggie Miller Sabina R. Women’s rights pioneer, Nellie McClung, said “Women are going to form a chain, a greater sisterhood than the world has ever known.” I think of this quote often, more so on International Women’s day. Describing a sisterhood of women as a chain is inspiring. It speaks to an infrastructure of connection, to a form in which each individual link becomes stronger when it’s attached to others. There’s a sense of purpose in a chain, there’s form and movement. When I think of it, there’s no better way to describe women working together. I see that sense of purpose at Papaya every day. I’m lucky to lead HR in a truly gender diverse company. This organization is led by a woman, and women make up 50% of the team at all levels, including in management positions. There’s an unspoken comradery, a society of women here. It’s not secret or mysterious like the Freemasons and the Skull and Bones. There’s no agenda other than driving real business results. And we do. When women work together, they create a community of doing. It’s this sense of community that means so much more than “networking” and other buzz words. At Papaya, the chain of women links together continents and cultures, as women in our various global locations work together and empower each other. This sisterhood, society, community – whatever we choose to call this chain of women - is part of Papaya’s DNA. The real challenge lies in picking up the invisible strand and weaving it into a process; in taking something that’s at the core of us and streamlining it into action items. How do you take something intuitive and turn it into clearly communicated messages that include everyone regardless of gender, role, location, and culture? Serena Williams said, “we are strongest when we cheer each other on.” Let’s cheer each other on when we need short term problem solving, when we deep dive into a project, when we mentor one another. Let’s cheer each other on when we go beyond the walls of the office and give back to the community and empower others. Let’s cheer each other on today, and every day, because it is the source of our success. #inspireinclusion #internationalwomensday #genderequality

Let's make today unforgettable! Design offers that do more than celebrate – rather they inspire, empower, and connect. It's about turning special deals for women into real, meaningful interactions. From spotlighting achievements to fostering supportive communities and women-led teams, be all about creating a meaningful impact. If you run a restaurant or a business that resonates with celebrating moments, do it not just with standard deals, but establish a space with delightful offers to fuel meaningful connections that last beyond today. #AToastToWomen #ExperientialMarketing #EmpowermentMatters #InternationalWomensDay #BuildConnections #WomensDayOffers #TipsForSuccess #RestaurantMarketing #TangyTechMedia

Happy International Women's Day! 🌷 Here are a few questions to reflect on about IWD...😊 1. What are you doing to celebrate International Women’s Day this year? 2. If you are a man: How will you use this year’s IWD to shift how you think about women? 3. If you are a woman, how will you use IWD to shift what you think and feel about womanhood? 4. For women and men: What are your limiting beliefs and prejudices around women? - Consider what prejudices or limiting beliefs might you have around women, beauty and sexuality, skin colour, size, age, education, ability, roles etc. 5. What do you do when you notice gender bias, discrimination or stereotyping? 6. Are you willing to actively call out gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping when you see it? If not, why not?
