We love celebrating the people that make Ziosk amaZing! 🏆 Ziosk’s AmaZing Awards are voted on bi-annually by the Senior Leadership of the Company for excellence and dedication to client and company success. First, we want to recognize two amaZing individuals who have contributed so much to the success of Ziosk: 1️⃣ The first amaZing Award was recently given to our manager of Financial Reporting and Tax, Jeanna Smith. She is responsible for the lifeblood of our company … cash collection. Jeanna also handles property and sales tax filings for every state in which we have a Ziosk device. This would be impossible without Jeanna’s diligent follow-through and exceptional accuracy. Thank you for all you do! 2️⃣ The second winner goes to our Project Manager, Michael Adam. He has been with Ziosk for over 7 years and held multiple roles throughout the company prior to his current role as project manager for our operations group. His work this year on the Darden Total Cloud Architecture migrations and First Data Direct conversions are a testament to his dedication to our customer and our teams. Thank you to Michael for the long days and many long weeks that allowed us to be able to complete these projects before the holiday no-fly deadline. Congratulations to Michael! And now for the “Team amaZing Award” winners 1️⃣ The first Team amaZing Award goes to “David Perez, Al Pappa and David Frager” of The New Restaurant Opening Optimization Team! In years past, each time our Ziosk devices were installed in a new restaurant the average wait time for them to synch and go live was 8 hrs. These three guys were able to shrink that time down to less than 45 minutes. The first time this new technology was used during a Chili’s installation, the first three devices synced in six minutes and the remaining 40 in 32 minutes. This team’s efforts to reduce set-up, install, and turn-up time during the opening of new restaurant sites have resulted in breakthroughs that our restaurant partners will appreciate. Your efforts have truly made a difference! 2️⃣ Our final award goes to the Darden Extended Team for their exceptional work in driving significant improvements in payment processing speed and the “Total Cloud Architecture” which will allow Darden, along with our other partners, to receive updates to our devices faster. All combined, these projects had positive effects on 1,200 Darden locations and 80,000 Ziosk devices. And none of this would have been possible without the passion and dedication of this Darden Extended Team. Congratulations to these AmaZing winners! We couldn’t of have a successful 2023 without your hard work and dedication. Thank you so much for continuously helping us work towards our goal helping our restaurant partners provide an exceptional experience for their guests.
