He specifically focuses on genes that show variation in mean expression depending on Pseudotime and different branching trajectories, which are believed to influence cell fate decisions. 📊 To identify differential gene expression patterns along Pseudotime and branching paths, Priyansh has developed a novel method named scMaSigPro.
