We had an incredible opening of ElevateAEC with Linda Bauer Darr from American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC)! A central theme of our discussions was the pressing question: “Will we have enough people to meet business demand?” Understanding the motivations of the emerging workforce is crucial. Today’s professionals seek connection and meaningful work, transparency, opportunities to learn.
