1) Time! There is so many parts to recruitment and us recruiters have so much to do behind the scenes for those candidates to even get presented to you, will you manage the whole process?


2) Money – Some people view recruitment fee’s as too expensive, really? If you knew the hours of work we do to get you those candidates (remember we interview and screen people all day, everyday and usually have multiple recruiters in the team). How much does it cost your business not having the right person in that function? How much does it cost your business when a senior manager is taken away from their core function to now recruit? How much does it cost your business if you get the wrong person?


3) Top Talent– Our candidates don’t usually come from putting up your advert after we have taken the job brief, usually they come from previous interviews, networking, our database or targeting specifically for your business. So yes, you could put up an advert but it’s a limited window of that right person being online and hitting apply. The perfect person could have applied to us 2 months prior for another position of ours and now not actively be looking.
