Great article, Chris Pierce. AI's potential impact on the staffing industry could be truly transformative. The ability to streamline and optimize the hiring process through AI-driven candidate sourcing and predictive analytics is intriguing. I just hope firms use this technology responsibly, and don't attempt to remove the human-factor completely. After all, we all get frustrated on that seemingly endless automated phone message carousel at the Dr's office, Insurance Company, etc. I hope we never put job seekers through this automated merry go round, as they face enough stress & frustration just trying to find a source of income.
