AMH publishes its 2023 Sustainability Report

Today, we published our 2023 Sustainability Report, which provides transparency on our performance and initiatives to mitigate environmental impact, invest in a great workplace, and improve the lives of residents.

The progress across our sustainability program last year reflects the commitment of our teams and partners to responsible business practices, and to doing the right thing for the right reasons.

"Our focus continues to be on positively impacting the communities we serve by delivering high-quality housing, taking care of our people, and being good stewards of the planet throughout our operations," said David Singelyn, Chief Executive Officer of AMH.

While we know there is more to be done, we’re proud of the advances we’ve made so far, which position us to drive an even greater impact in the years to come.

This represents AMH’s sixth annual sustainability report, affirming our continued commitment to responsible practices.

Its publication follows the announcement earlier this week that our corporate headquarters was awarded LEED® Gold certification by the most widely used green building rating system in the world, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council.
