I pinch myself every day to be in my role leading such a fierce, intelligent, and witty team who constantly inspire me. I am grateful for the opportunity to have built out an incredibly talented team over the past few years who support the values and vision of our agency, and aren't afraid to lean into the power of one another.

Being a leader has me stepping outside of my comfort zone in more ways than one and I have a skilful team to thank for holding me accountable and for teaching me with kindness each day.
