Pay Rate: $28.00 - $45.00/hr BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Avionics - Avionics Technicians will be working on the A119 (TH-73) commercial helicopters. Able to assemble, modify, and install wire bundles, conductors and other electrical components. Clearly document work performed, control equipment status tags, log critical information during installation, verify parts requests, etc.. Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, written instructions, etc. Able to use a variety of manual hand tools such as crimpers, strippers, wire cutters, heat shrink gun, complex, specialized aircraft test equipment, etc. Effectively communicate, orally and written, with other employees, members of supervision, and others, as required in their duties. Perform assigned duties on all shifts without encumbrances due to weather or physical location and conditions, also while wearing required safety equipment. HS Diploma or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of Electrical/Avionic aviation production required. Knowledge of rotary or fixed wing. General overall knowledge of aviation electrical/avionic components.

Paying $30-34/hr. for Avionics. Per diem offered (50/50 split) and overtime. Tools are provided. A&P is NOT required!

Essential functions of this position include:

Assists in, and learns, high quality installation, troubleshooting and repair of aircraft avionic systems and components on a variety of aircraft production models using proper hand tools, specialized equipment, and support equipment, in a timely, clean, safe, and professional manner with no rework. Records all work performed as OJT for record and development.

Accurately orders general components & parts, supports turn-in and record of removed parts, supports delivery and record of received parts as needed and directed.

Performs minor troubleshooting and repair of aircraft avionics systems and components in relation to system installation.

Consistently Locates and uses appropriate technical data per system installation manual requirements and follows verbal instructions to complete assigned installation tasks. Builds and develops personal quality avionics installations and support techniques based on OJT experience to improve in proficiency and quality.

Supports, maintains, and complies with all Environmental, Health, and Safety, for federal, OSHA, state and local regulations.

Performs other related duties, as assigned by management

Knowledge and understanding of FARs 43, 91, 135, 145.

Must Have:

-1-3 years of Avionic experience

- Aircraft Electrical system expereince

- Any bench repair capabilities

- FCC license

Avionic Technician. 1st shift M-F. Pay $22-40/hr.

Job Duties:

Troubleshoots and repairs existing systems.

Installs, wires, and mounts avionics systems and accessories in aircraft.

Receives customer orders from Avionics Manager.

Analyzes details of installation.

Determines overall project solutions and methods.

Determines correct interface of equipment being installed.

Pulls appropriate parts.

Creates or otherwise obtains proper wiring diagrams per specifications.

Fabricates equipment shelves per customer specifications.

Fabricates and installs antenna doublers.

Modifies existing instrument panels or fabricates new panels.

Properly programs / configures installed equipment.

Completes configuration sheets and all other paperwork required for FAA approval of the installation.

Performs final testing using appropriate test equipment.

Coordinates customer installation projects with various departments to ensure projects are completed within deadlines.

Maintains effective relationships with management, staff and other departments to deliver high quality service to customers and the organization.

Avionics Technician - Avionics installation and troubleshooting corporate and general aviation aircraft. they will be building and installing systems from the ground up. ADSB upgrades will be a large part of the work 2 years of corporate or general aviation installation experience. Ability to run wires, terminate connections, crimping, pinning wires. use a multimeter
