Awake at 3am?

Awake at 3am?

Waking up and stressing at 3am is no fun.

We’ve all experienced it.

I reckon the worst part of it is the analysis the following day. It’s then you realise that you were over-reacting, it wasn’t as imminent or ominous as you thought, and that there was nothing you could do at the time anyway. Why couldn't you see that last night!!?!?

It's awful.

The usual strategies for getting back to sleep don’t help. Checking our phone, eating, working, reading all serve to increase our brain activity at the moment when we need to lower it.

The best way to get back to sleep is to deactivate the voice that is delivering the thoughts. You do this by deactivating the sensations that are driving the voice.

This is what I’ll be stepping through at the Mindset Mastery program. At the program you’ll discover:

  • How to deactivate the 3am voice and get back to sleep in minutes - not hours - WITHOUT sleeping tablets

  • How to deactivate the biggest stressors in your life - even if you work (or live!) with them.

  • How to stop worrying about money, bills and relationships so you can get back to sleep and deal with them in the morning.

If this sounds like something you need, you can register for the event here. If you’d like to bring your whole team along, let me know in the comments and I can share the special pricing.
