CAREER BUT HOW TO CHOOSE?

Without counseling it’s very difficult to choose the good and desired career. Similarly, another point which i will definitely mention the drawback of Higher Educational System in Pakistan. There is no direct link of the universities with the industries; therefore the students mostly remain unaware with the activities and other issues occur in industries.

Second issue is uncertainty of what to do in industry while joining as a Fresh Engineer. Most of the students are unknown to themselves as they know nothing about their strengths, weaknesses and excellences. Therefore they perform hesitantly.

Same issue is with me and my fellows, as Fresh Engineers we are unknown to which we are going for. What attitude we are going to face in industries, what method we will be going to implement for industrial improvisation and so on and so forth.

The points are

1.    Why we are just following the conventionally available rules instead of Innovative rules?

2.    Why we are focusing on the general scenarios in context with career counseling?

3.    Why our fresh graduate is unaware about their career tasks?

4.    Why every Fresh Graduate is forced to do the tasks conventionally available?
