Charging Time for Electric Automobiles - Potential Safety Factor

An article on Porsche's new entry (Taycan) into the electric vehicle market brought Porsche to develop a faster charging station. The time is to charge the vehicle's batteries is 15 minutes versus 30 minutes for a Tesla. A marked time saving improvement (see the link here for futher information, https://news.thomasnet.com/featured/porsche-takes-the-lead-on-ev-charging). Further upcoming improvements to the charging systems will have chargers operation at 400 kW, which will make recharge times near equal to petrol or diesel refill times at the pump. A question comes to mind. A 15 or 30 minute break after driving 250 miles (402 km) would improve driver alertness on the highways and motorways. Additional depressurization time of the motorist after a rest break could help reduce irritability and road rage. Sometimes we do need to get to our destinations. For a faster recharge time a premium could be paid, say and extra 5-10 Dollars or Euros. Your thoughts and comments are welcome. Also, I do not claim to be a subject matter expert in this area. Just a concerned motorist---remember to use your turn signals everyone.
