Christie & Co sell Leading South West Nursery Group

Following on from my post on Friday last week I am now delighted to be able to announce that we can formally advise on the completion of A Step Ahead Ltd which is an established group of 6 high quality nursery settings in and around Hampshire/West Sussex.

We are very proud to have achieved a sale for the now former owners Mark and Antonia Ogden Meade and we would like to wish them both all the best for the future. The group has been acquired by Ann Education who have appointed David Hancock as their CEO and intend to use this acquisition as a platform to build and grow the group going forward.

This sale has had its challenges even before we were hit by the current pandemic! but my thanks go out to both parties for their patience and hard work in getting this sale to a successful completion.
