Christie & Co sell Organic Kids Day Nurseries in Jersey

Delighted to announce that Christie & Co have recently brokered the sale of these two high profile childcare settings trading as Organic Kids Nurseries located in the Channel Islands.

With a combined effective operating capacity for 124 children these nurseries boasted an exceptional income and sought after trading locations on the island of Jersey. After 25 years in the industry the now former owners Dawn and Bob McLachlan had decided the time was right to retire from the industry. They approached Christie & Co as they believed that interest for their nurseries may come from further afield than just the UK and felt that we were best placed to market nurseries of this caliber.

A highly confidential process was run, attracting interest from an array of market leaders in the UK and Europe. A deal was promptly agreed at an exceptional price and after being ratified in the Jersey courts the nurseries have now been acquired by Busy Bees.
