Competition? Bring it on!

Green Recruitment Solutions (GRS) have a come a long way since our humble beginnings, some six years ago. Placement after placement, we have been making huge strides and have replaced several incumbent suppliers from clients we have won. With almost 40,000 recruitment agencies in the UK alone, employers are not short of choice. Additionally, with the growth of renewable energy, it seems that every ‘non-green’ recruiter now wants a piece of the ‘green pie’, leading to a boom in competition.

For many recruiters, ‘competition’ spells bad news but at GRS, we thrive off it because on a level playing field, we will outperform ANY rival recruiter. Doubtful? Don’t be. We will be more than happy to demonstrate upon request, as ALL recruiters can ‘talk the talk’ but very few can actually ‘walk’ it.

Despite the increased competition, market demand for talent remains strong. With renewables now able to beat conventional energy sources on price, while matching their performance; the global uptake of renewables shows no sign of slowing down. This will only give rise to more model companies like Orsted, as more boardrooms start taking decarbonisation, climate change and the general future of our planet, more seriously.
