Corporate Controller 200K to 230K + bonus and equity
Irvine CA Relocation available
Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking a CPA with medical device experience possessing 10+ years’ experience—high visibility role!

Manage all aspects of the monthly/quarterly accounting close to include Gross to Net revenue, Cost of Goods, inventory, and royalties payments.
Responsible for preparation of quarterly financial statements.
Oversee preparation of the periodic SEC filings (10-Q/K), tax compliance function, all operational, AP, special projects, assist FP&A.

Qualifications:
Required: CPA, 10 years plus experience; combination top national public accounting, and current or previous medical device industry experience.
Experience with publicly traded companies including all attendant reporting issues.
Strong Excel skills; experience with major accounting ERP systems.
Excellent supervisory skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
