Creating Opportunities for Professional Success

Creating Opportunities for Professional Success

I am proud to say I was able to fulfill my lifelong dream of making it to “The Show” and working in Major League Baseball (MLB) for an incredible organization, the Arizona Diamondbacks. Living in Phoenix, AZ and working for the Diamondbacks the past year and a half has really opened my eyes to how large businesses operate successfully. I understand why the Diamondbacks were ranked by Forbes Magazine in 2015 as a Forbes’ 10 best organizations to work for in all of sports.

As my wife and I are now settling back into the Central Valley, (Fresno, CA) the decision to come home is the most rewarding we have made personally. We are thankful to call Fresno home and know that this is the place we are supposed to be. After 3 months, I find myself still actively looking for the next step in my career. I'm going to focus on my professional success in this article and the next steps in creating opportunities for my future.

I have used LinkedIn for many years to network and generate lasting Business-to-Business (B2B) relationships with some of my biggest and best clients but find myself now using it to create my next career path. One of my professional recommendations on LinkedIn had this to say about me, “He was honest, direct, energetic, a deal maker and a great personality, traits that are not generally found in the same person. These factors, plus the fact that he is a fine human being, made him quite valuable.” I take this recommendation and the others given to me by my past clients and colleagues with great pride. These are the people who have seen me in action and believe in what I can do.

So here I am, 3 months back in Fresno, with the continued determination to succeed professionally. I have a strong background in sales, operations, and business management across various industry segments including sports business, electronic manufacturing, and real estate. One of my favorite past working experiences was working with domestic and international clients around the globe and I still maintain many contacts from all over the world to this day. My biggest strengths are the ability to be proactive consistently, understanding the macro and micro perspectives of business operations, and simply not giving up. I am determined to succeed.

I’m looking for new career opportunities and starting new conversations within my network. If you have worked with me in the past, either a client or colleague, please feel free to give this a “like/share/comment” below. The more eyes we have on this, the better chance I have at Creating Opportunities for my Professional Success! I’ll start off with this question, “What is your dream job?”

All the best!

I have worked with Jason indirectly for years and can say he understands business and has the drive which will propel Companies to the next level... Yes, he's that good. I'm confident, the future Company that hires Jason will benefit from his sales process and professionalism.
