Emiliano Diaz de Leon: Model, Don't Lecture

Emiliano Diaz de Leon: Model, Don't Lecture

If you've had the privilege of meeting Emiliano Diaz de Leon, you've seen the quiet compassion that he brings into every space. In all my interactions, Emiliano brings a centering perspective and asks questions that can disarm yet invite you into deeper reflection on the many roles we all possess in our lives.

When he and I spoke a few weeks ago to record the Father's Friday conversation, Emiliano repeated stated that the best thing he can do for his son is to be a model of healthy and connected masculinity. He shows up when his son expresses and interest in something. He asks questions to show he cares and longs to learn more.

Not only does this strengthen the relationship with his son, but improves Emiliano's internal health and relationships with others.

So take a listen and engage learn how to be a better model instead of a lecturer.

And after you're done watching, take action!
