Measuring emotions requires strategies. On one hand, people like managers that have greater level of sensitivity and empathy. On the other hand, managers like people with team working, team communication skills, team cohesion skills and who can adapt themselves so quickly to the team. What all these qualities entails in common is nothing else than emotional intelligence. It is equally important for both supervisors and employees to have the required needed emotional intelligence for their professional success and it remains a condition to the sustainable successfulness of any organization out there.
