Frederick Van Riper, a Dad Interrupted

Frederick Van Riper, a Dad Interrupted

What does it mean to be a Dad interrupted? Frederick Van Riper will tell you... or at least, he explores what it means through his work coaching dads and interviewing them on his podcast that just launched!

Frederick is dedicating his work as a coach and podcast to examining modern fatherhood and the societal pressures that upholding traditional and often damaging models of manhood can have someone.

But Frederick wasn't really planning on fatherhood for himself. Then he met the woman who would become his wife, who had a child from a previous relationship. So Frederick found himself deciding not just on marriage, but fatherhood as well. And as he will tell you, he hasn't doubted his decision for a second!

Listen to our conversation about what dads can do to disconnect from their work and show up for their families!
