When someone asks that question you can't answer, what do you do?

A couple of these guys wanted to go into the vulnerable, risky spaces where our magic in our work and lives comes from. Where do we get it? What's it do for us? Does it help anything?

Short answer: It helps everything. Call it what you will, when we tap into the truth of our ability and what's beyond purpose, things start falling into place more easily in anything we do. All of us have this ability. We learn to stop trusting ourselves early in life. We can learn to experience, create and connect from the truth of who we are and our greatest ability. Do we get it right every time? Nope.

However, when we connect from these places, we have a chance to be inclusive, stand up for belonging and have a choice to change outdated patterns and norms for the more strategic risk of fully working and living in synch with each other.
