Happy Women's Day

Every woman has their own brilliant stories behind their success and every success story is a great inspiration. Its always been one step harder for women to climb up and get closer to success. Her power is that she never gives up. Although we say the right thing happens at the right time and right place, it’s always the right heart and energy that help us reach high.

Coming from Bangalore in India, learning a new language, trying to blend into a new culture was a challenge for me. Getting into the elite University of Augsburg to pursue my masters in Material Science not only helped me to gain ‘hands-on work’ experience but also to participate in international seminars through internships. This boosted my confidence and set my goal high. After my masters, one of the great things that happened to me was to overcome the challenge of finding the right platform to enhance my skills and showcase my talent. All thanks to Kautex Textron for its excessively great work culture for providing every prospect to grow in the organization. For approximately 5 years now as Technical Project Lead, Kautex has always given equal opportunities and great support. I am very happy to be part of Kautex and this journey would always be a memorable one. Thanks to Kautex and thanks to all who helped me grow. 

Last but not least, all this was possible only because of mom’s great support and love, a woman behind my success.
