Humans continue to redefine the magnitude and pace of what is possible, which gives us hope. The challenge to reach carbon zero by 2050 and avoid the worst effects of climate change will require collaboration and innovation at an unprecedented pace and scale.  

At its core, this transformation will be people-powered. Our energy transition will require a talent transition of brilliant people around the world leaving the comfort of what they know in order to invent and build the unknown. 

Earth Partners exists to hyperscale climatetech companies and power this talent transition. 

As climate capitalists, we believe the innovations that will drive decarbonization must also be good business.  

We are harnessing our learnings from scaling some of the world’s greatest technology organizations. We partner with climatetech founders who are audaciously pursuing debcarbonization through innovation and help them to build teams that win - because losing this fight is not an option.

As of today, there are not enough scientists, engineers, recruiters, entrepreneurs, or fill-in-the-blanks to develop and deploy the solutions our planet needs. We are here to empower and motivate more humans to work on Earth’s biggest problem, because we think this is a problem worth solving.
