One of the biggest long term cost most companies have , is not really understanding the cost of Management/Staff turnover .. this is one of the largest operational cost you will have, more than rent, cost of goods...the instability it causes, erosion of the culture, will clearly be reflected in the downward spiral of lost sales and lost profits... "People quit People not companies"
