I have no weaknesses really I don't

I have no weaknesses really I don't

It's all about how you look at yourself! Are you a positive or a negative person? I choose to be positive (most of the time) and when I think about my strengths it has nothing to do with what I list on a resume.  Those are my learned skills and experiences. As a career coach and presenter, I often ask people to name three strengths they have, and the response is usually; I'm a good organizer, efficient, a team player, (sorry not strengths), these things have been learned through life and work experiences and can possibly add oomph to your resume.

Natural strengths are just that.... natural, given to you at birth, they help you discover who you are really are and what you have to offer others. Every person I ask this question of, they struggle for the answer. Think about it..... can you come up with even one? It's harder than you think, but that's ok because once you discover the first one and how it has influenced your personal and professional life, the others will be a little easier to uncover.

Now you have an idea of what you have been given, what are you going to do with those gifts or strengths?  Like any gift you unwrap whether you think it is useful or not always has a purpose and what you do with it or them is totally up to you!
